I'm picky about plates, bowls, cups, and glasses. What I mean is this:

Glasses: Orange juice & soda (if the soda isn't in a can)
Mugs: Hot Chocolate
Plastic/Other type cups: Lemonade, Milk

I don't mix and match my drinks with their proper cups! Same thing goes for bowls --"real" bowls get cereal, plastic bowls get ice cream and macaroni. (I'm a mix for soup though. Main course it's in plastic because those bowls are bigger. Side dish it's in real.)

I can't even begin to discuss my plates! I need to think that one through, but I'm sure I do it too. I can already think of a few things (pancakes go on real plates, for instance).

And to the person who straightens up in stores -- me too! My husband can barely stand to go with me to a bookstore because I almost immediately begin reorganizing any section we are in (I've worked in three different bookstores so it comes natural). I will also fix endcaps that aren't even anymore and move clothes around if they are on a rack divided by size (the clearance racks at Gymboree are always in a muddle!).

Fun topic!Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04719481472608609476noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7875449047910840041.post-71113672162920827282007-06-07T01:16:00.000-04:002007-06-07T01:16:00.000-04:00It's so cool to know that I'm not the only one!We'...It's so cool to know that I'm not the only one!
We're all a little 'Monkish', aren't we?
I get a kick out of people watching me straighten things when I'm out in public and have time on my hands for one reason or another.
Try it sometime, it's fun!
I'm not a neatnic by any means but you should see how people react.Orahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16678885638385553043noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7875449047910840041.post-16093431585254077972007-06-05T03:10:00.000-04:002007-06-05T03:10:00.000-04:00Ooooh! I haven't been tagged in ages, thanks! :o)

It was difficult to think of things though, as I find them all completely natural, obviously, but it's up now :o)Mariahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14280854114229038266noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7875449047910840041.post-22777000261879744742007-06-04T22:45:00.000-04:002007-06-04T22:45:00.000-04:00Fun! Thanks so much for playing along!Okay, I'm w...Fun! Thanks so much for playing along!

Okay, I'm wondering if you live in the country. I have never in my life gone outside without shoes. Even my own grassy backyard feels strange on my toes, so I wear a little pair of slip on sandals. I'm always afraid a bug is going to bite me!

But I am very similar in number 3. If I tap my fingers a certain way with one hand, I will do the same thing with the other. And they have to be even numbers! It's a symmtery thing, I guess.

I love reading other about other people's quirks!

Also, I read about your neice's recital. Are you kidding me? I think if someone suggested my daughter wear eyeliner I would have a hard time keeping a straight face. No way! I LOVE what the Christian run studio is doing. That is perfect!!

Enjoyed your posts. Thaks for visiting my blog!kittyhoxhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03413419370677881366noreply@blogger.com
